Shipping Policy

At Flux Art Studio, every order is packed with care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully.

Free Shipping – Canada & U.S. 

We offer free shipping within Canada and the United States on select smaller items, including notecards and small-format works. Eligible products will display the free shipping offer at checkout.

Flat Rate Shipping – Larger Artwork

For larger or heavier pieces, we charge a flat shipping rate to help cover the cost of secure, protective packaging and delivery. Flat rates will be displayed at checkout based on the item’s size and destination.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

• International delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Larger works may take 7-10 days for extra packaging/crating. You will be provided with a confirmation email and tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery & Responsiblity

. All orders include tracking. Once an order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided at the checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer.

For higer value artwork, signature confirmation is required.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Flux Art Studio is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact their local carrier or postal service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
