Return Policy

Every piece from Flux Art Studio is created with love and care, and we hope you absolutely love your new artwork. Because each item is one-of-a-kind or part of a limited collection, all sales are final.

That said, if your piece arrives damaged, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your order. We require clear photos of the artwork and all packaging materials for damage assessment. Please email documentation to fluxartstudio@gmail.com

Approved damage claims may be resolved with a repair or refund at our discretion.

A few important notes:

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

Custom commissions and sale items are also final sale.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Flux Art Studio directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed with supporting documentation, including delivery confirmation and published store policies.

Refunds (when applicable) are issued only to the original payment method.
